Our Strata has worked with Westerly Restoration Ltd. close to 5 years. As strata president I have worked with David on several occasions. He always made sure I understood the scope of the project and all that would be required, and he is never too busy to answer questions. David works closely with engineers on projects and all of the work is closely monitored by David. The building envelope of our six-unit Strata was in need of repair following water ingress and we obtained quotes from a number of builders. The most detailed and thorough was provided by Westerly Restoration and we hired them to repair the damage.

In addition to doing the job in a meticulous and professional manner, Westerly kept us informed throughout the repair process by itemizing all work to be done, showing us where and how this repair was actually being accomplished and explaining how the rain screening they installed will prevent future water ingress.
